Utah Choose Safe Places

Children can be exposed to environmental contaminants where they grow, learn, and play. In partnership with the Utah Child Care Licensing Program, the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is providing free consultation services to prospective child care providers of licensed group and family centers. Utah’s Choose Safe Places program is a voluntary program that offers guidance to providers on protecting staff and children from harmful environmental chemicals.
